My Dreams, My Rules
I have dreams. Well, most of us do. I really enjoy dreaming though, and tend to remember my dreams and the very seemingly insignificant details. Very rarely when I tell about my dream to I say "oh, I had this dream that we went to the store and bought pancakes" and that's it. My dreams usually take about five minutes to tell.
I've been told a couple times that I should write down my dreams. I tried that once. Because of all the details, it takes about a half an hour to get one dream down. Oh, I'm not waking up in the middle of the night for that! Depending on the dream, I may write it down. There are some dreams that just invoke such strong emotions in me, that I have to do something. I'm a firm believer that dreams aren't just random synapses or anything. "Dreams are answers to questions we haven't yet learned how to ask." Maybe they're secret longings, or a chance to do something we never could in our lives. Maybe they're a doorway to another dimension. Maybe they're just a way for me to know what life would be like if I was, in fact, in a relationship with David Duchovny.
So on the request of my friends, I've started this post. Let's see how often this puppy will be updated. If you feel weird reading about something you never did, go no further. I can pretty much guarentee if I've met you, you'll show up in my dreams sooner or later-maybe as you, maybe as a Ninja Turtle. Also, I often dream about people I don't even know. This should be a bit of fun for all. Oh, and I may change people's names every so often to protect the innocent, the guilty and myself. If you think a character is you and you wanna know, just ask. I may tell you.
Be sure to leave me some comments. I always love getting people's feedback and opinions. Who knows? You may help me decode a dream secret that will help me finally lick this bedwetting problem.
